NIKE She Runs Singapore 2013
Yea.. My first ever race.. NIKE She Runs Singapore 2013, Ok, initially I tot of going there and walk throughout the 5KM.. and est it to be around 1 hr for the walk.. but when I reach there.. the atmosphere is different.. and there are 8000 runners along the side by side.. den felt the motivational effort to run on..
not reali say run on.. but jiu jogged, and walk and jogged again.. covered total timing for 5KM run + walk ard 40 mins? Hahah.. not too fantastic i noe.. but after tat passing thru the finisher's line, tat feel of accomplishment is there.. the sense of achievement.. i like tat.. i like tat feeling of achievement.. and of cuz, the legs started to feel suan after tat race and whenever i go, i saw ppl starting to stretch their legs after tat race..
when i woke up tis mrng, wow.. the soreness, the ache of my legs are amazing.. haha.. like they had never been stretched before.. den i was tiking.. maybe i should try.. to train.. haha.. not say to run fast.. but at least to jog some distance (taking considerations of the old injury of my knees).. to train and to be fit..
and i guess i nid to train more for my upcoming Nov 2013 AMORE Women's Day Out challenge.. 4.5hrs workout is no joke.. =D
